The weekend kicks off with our annual Crawfish, King Cake and Revelry event on Friday night. Friday is also the first opportunity to taste our newest releases.

Reserve a table for a Guided Flight Experience to experience these beauties for yourself. For members we have an entirely new experience available on Saturday in the barrel room with our winemakers. This immersive look into our winemaking philosophy is a rare opportunity to taste through new release wines along side samples from barrel.

GUIDE FLIGHT EXPERIENCE

Our team will guide you through a selection of five current release wines, sharing with you the approach and intention involved in the crafting of each, in this semi-private tasting experience. This experience is hosted in our architectural award-winning tasting room, as well as outdoors on our patio - with stunning views of the Blue Mountains - and in our beautiful cellar space, which is filled with natural light and the comforts of indoor temperatures.

$20/pp Thursday - Monday 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. Lasting 90min. Cost of the Guided Flight Experience is credited towards purchase for members and their guests*.

WINEMAKER TASTING EXPERIENCE

Join our winemaking team in the barrel room for a rare experience, with the opportunity to taste through new release wines along side samples from barrel. This immersive look into our winemaking philosophy is made available exclusively to our members.
